How long does my dedication last?
As long as you want it to unless it is in violation of our
Terms & Conditions Policy.
Your dedications remain available online until you decide to delete them.
If I no longer want to keep a dedication what do I do?
Go into your account and select to delete the dedication and it will be removed from the site immediately.
Can I get a refund if I delete a dedication?
No, the fee we charge is for the publication of your dedication no matter how long you decide to leave it on the site.
If I bought one of the dedications can I change it from one person to a different person by editing it?
No, the edits can be made to the information about the person but you can’t edit the name of the person and create a whole new dedication from an existing one.
Do you ever remove dedications from the site without notifying the purchaser?
Yes, if a dedication is deemed to be pornographic or exploitive of youth in any way we will remove it immediately. If it is reported to us that a specific dedication has been created to cause defamation of an individual’s character we will remove it. There will be no notice or refund offered for any account that is eliminated because of the above listed issues.
Can I create an anonymous dedication?
You certainly may and you can even have it sent to the person you created it for anonymously.
If I buy the family pack so that I get eight dedications for the price of only five dedications do I have to publish all of them at one time?
No, you can create, publish, and edit them continuously and at your own pace.
Can I add the dedication I create to the social network sites for the special person I am creating the dedication for?
Yes, you can add it to their Myspace, Facebook, Twitter and flicker sites if you have the appropriate URLs for them.
How old do you have to be to create a dedication?

How do I load a picture onto the dedication I am creating?
Click on Dedications Manager and then Start a new Dedication. In step two of the wizard, click browse and browse to the image you want to use. Then click Add.
Do I have to have a picture for the dedication I want to create?
No.
